Christofer is geboren in Göteborg, Zweden, en woont sinds 1999 in Spanje. Hij is makelaar sinds 2001 en richtte Start Group op in 2003. Naast Scandinavische talen spreekt Christofer vloeiend Spaans en Engels. Christofer heeft een makelaarslicentie van zowel API ANAI als GIPE, twee van de belangrijkste makelaarsverenigingen in Spanje. Sinds 2019 is hij lid van de adviesraad van de Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) gevestigd in Londen, waar hij hielp bij het implementeren van nieuwe normen voor internationale makelaars. In november 2022 werd hij verkozen tot secretaris van de raad van bestuur van GIPE en in 2024 tot vicepresident van de organisatie. GIPE-agent nr. 3565.

Pascal komt uit Amsterdam en woont sinds 1995 in Spanje. Hij is makelaar sinds 2001 en werd partner in StartGroup in 2006 nadat hij area manager van Interealty was. Pascal is gecertificeerd door zowel GIPE als AIPP en spreekt Nederlands, Duits, Frans, Engels en Spaans. Zijn grootste hobby is voetbal als zeer toegewijde Ajax-supporter. GIPE agent nr. 3576.

Jennifer komt uit Göteborg, Zweden en woont sinds 1993 in Spanje. Ze werkte van 2001 tot 2008 in de vastgoedsector aan de Costa del Sol en na een paar jaar in Zweden kwam ze in 2011 terug naar Spanje en werkt sindsdien bij StartGroup. Naast de Scandinavische talen spreekt Jennifer Engels, Spaans en Duits. Gecertificeerd GIPE makelaar nr. 3575

Leon is geboren in Engeland door Nederlandse en Spaanse ouders. Hij heeft eerder gewerkt in onroerend goed en autotransacties voor internationale klanten en is een grote aanwinst voor ons bedrijf. Hij spreekt vloeiend Spaans en Engels. Gecertificeerd GIPE-agent nr. 3643

Peter was born in Soestdijk, the Netherlands. After finishing the economics school in Amsterdam he moved to Spain in 1994. He started as a real estate agent in Spain in 1999, and has also worked two years in Berlin, Germany where he helped set up a property fund. During 2008-10 represented a Buenos Aires based Polo & Country Club as a board member of the Argentinean – United Kingdom chamber of commerce. Peter speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, German, as well as some Italian. Wine and cheese tasting is his favourite hobby! GIPE member Nº 3641

Ildikó moved to Spain from Hungary in 2013. She worked for 10 years in the world famous Nikki beach, the last 6 years as a manager. Apart from Hungarian Ildikó speaks English, Spanish, Rumanian fluently as well as a good level of French, German and Greek!
In her spare time she is a keen tennis player. She joined the StartGroup team in March 2023 and is currently working in sales in our exclusive developments.

Christina is German but was born and raised in Marbella. She then went to Magdeburg University in Germany to become a certified translator before moving back to Spain in 2017. Christina is working in our sales division for new developments and is attending clients with both German precision and Spanish hospitality. Best of both worlds! Christina is fluent in German, Spanish and English.

Olivier was born in Germany and moved to Spain to start a family over 20 years ago. His multicultural heritage includes a Dutch mother which made him prolific in many languages. In his spare time he loves spending time working on his boat and going on long walks with his dogs. GIPE member Nº 3656

Benjamin comes from Royan, France. He moved to Spain in 2014 and has been in the real estate business since. Hard working and he is an expert on new developments. He speaks French, Spanish and English. 

David is a friendly soul and 100% dedicated to customer care. He is often the first contact for the clients and his calm approach makes everyone feel at ease. He is a huge football fan and is one of the founders of an unofficial supporters club for Malaga FC. Having lived in Spain since 1985 he is fully bilingual and still conserves his Stoke sense of humour.

Daniel is from Gothenburg in Sweden, and has lived over 20 years in Spain. He has a background in both IT and Real Estate and speaks English, Spanish and Swedish. Daniel responsable for property valuations in our office in Benalmadena.  Daniels main interests are computers and Real Madrid! 

Charlotte werkt samen met after sales services in onze property management sectie StartGroup PropertyCare. Charlotte komt uit Zweden en heeft het grootste deel van haar leven in Andalusië gewoond en spreekt Engels, Zweeds en Spaans.

Geboren in Zambia. Groeide op in Zimbabwe tot hij in 2001 naar Groot-Brittannië vertrok. In 2022 verhuisde hij naar Spanje, op zoek naar een beter leven in de zon met zijn gezin. Bij StartGroup is hij verantwoordelijk voor reparaties en algemeen onderhoud van de woningen onder jaarlijks beheer. Hij houdt van verschillende sporten zoals zwemmen, paddle, squash en wandelen en is ook vrijwilliger bij de plaatselijke scoutsgroep.

Patrocinia, Originally from Paraguay. She has lived in Spain since the age of four and is deeply connected to the Costa del Sol. With a background in Fine Arts and experience as a professional dancer, she combines her artistic spirit with a passion for languages and organization on her role in administration at our PropertyCare department.

Cecilia komt uit Zweden en woont sinds 1991 in Spanje. Cecilia spreekt Zweeds, Spaans en Engels en zorgt voor een hoge efficiëntie voor ons executive team. Cecilia is verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontrole en naleving van AML.

Natalia komt oorspronkelijk uit Argentinië en woonde van 1998 tot 2004 in Canada, toen ze naar Spanje verhuisde. Natalia spreekt Spaans en Engels, zij is de locatiecoördinator voor het kantoor in Benalmadena. Natalia’s hobby’s zijn reizen en ze is een fervent fan van het carnaval in Cadiz.

Oksana komt uit Oekraïne en is in 2013 naar Spanje verhuisd. Ze begon in 2021 bij Startgroup op onze Nieuwbouw Projecten afdeling. Oksana spreekt Spaans, Engels, Oekraïens, Russisch, Pools en Duits. Zoals verwacht is zij een grootte winst voor onze internationale team.

Carmen heeft in Brazilië, Zuid-Afrika en Portugal gewoond. In 2013 werd ze verliefd op de Costa del Sol en besloot ze zich hier te vestigen. Ze studeerde en volgde een opleiding in toerisme. Ze is admin voor onze afdeling Nieuwe Ontwikkeling. Ze houdt van reizen en is van plan deze passie de rest van haar leven te blijven volgen!
